1. Daily inspection: Check for leaks, abnormal noise, vibrations, and other issues.
2. Regular inspection: Valve and other system components should be regularly checked for leaks, rust, and jamming, and maintenance, cleaning, dust removal, residue removal, etc. should be carried out.
3. Decomposition inspection: Valves should undergo regular disassembly inspection. During disassembly inspection, parts should be rinsed again, foreign objects, stains and rust should be removed, damaged or severely worn gaskets and packing should be replaced, and sealing surfaces should be corrected. After inspection, the valve needs to undergo a water pressure test again and can only be reused after passing the test.
4. If fluid leakage is found during the inspection of pneumatic butterfly valves, do not touch or approach the cylinder control valve with your hands until the safety is confirmed.
